Quickly dissolves welded copper fouling from bore steel without the use of ammonia. Can be used alone or as a powerful systems approach with Hoppe's Elite Gun Cleaner by removing layers of carbon build up allowing for more rapid copper etching. Does not leave ammonia-type crystals that can attract water causing corrosion and microscopic stress fractures.
